We get a lot of requests for help from people to help with their profiles. Most often the email goes like this:

Help, I can't get _____ to work on my profile. I am frustrated can you help me?

While we like to help people use our tools and generators, there are two very important pieces of information we need to help you.

First you need to give us a real email address. We can't reply to your email if it is not real.

Second, if you want help with something on your profile and a code from AllYourSpace.com we need to know the url of your profile and preferably what code you are using that is not working from AllYourSpace.

We don't need your login or password, just the url of your profile so we can see what is going on.

If you give us the right information we will be happy to try and help you use the tools and generators from AllYourSpace on your profile page.

We have started this blog to help keep all of our users up to date on the new goings on here at AllYourSpace.com. We will let you know here first when we post new features, layouts, backgrounds and other great things that you can add to your profiles.

We are also aware that there are several things that need house keeping here and we are working on fixing some of the codes and other tweaks that are currently on the site. If you find a tweak or code that not longer works please use the contact us form to let us know. If you can include what tweak or code you were using that will help us in our search to fix the problems.
